What we collect

When you create an account, we collect your email address and name via Clerk authentication. When you create invoices, we store the invoice data (client names, amounts, line items) in our database.

How we use your data

  • To provide the ezinvoices service
  • To send invoices and payment reminders on your behalf
  • To track invoice delivery status (email open tracking)
  • To respond to support tickets

What we don't do

  • We never sell your data to third parties
  • We never share your client information
  • We never use your invoice data for advertising

Data storage

Your data is stored securely on Convex (database) and Clerk (authentication). All connections are encrypted via TLS.

Data deletion

You can delete your invoices at any time. To delete your account entirely, contact us at support@ezinvoices.app.
